Adam Vane is currently Managing Partner of Paragon Global Consulting, a boutique consulting practice specializing in organizational assessment, customized training and executive coaching sessions for C-Suite and emerging leaders in areas of leadership, executive presence, teambuilding and conflict management.

With expertise quoted in Bloomberg and Tribune media, Adam has helped CEO’s and emerging leaders from over 100 organizations discover sustainable solutions to individual and organizational challenges. Clients range from Fortune 500 to medium sized businesses across the US and beyond.

His background as a mediator has led to a specific expertise in helping leaders and executive teams become more cohesive and focused on strategy execution as opposed to struggling with communication roadblocks.

Adam uses his years of consulting combined with experience growing up in a family business to mentor student coaches for the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (an executive certification program of Columbia Business School). He also teaches Conflict Management for the Department of Organization and Change at the Paul McGhee Division of New York University.

As a presenter, Adam speaks regularly to CEO members of Vistage and YPO and has also delivered presentations to the Family Office Forum, the New York City Bar Association, and the United Nations Organization Development Conference in Copenhagen.

Adam is currently a preferred vendor for the United Nations for “Groups In Crisis” and coaches UN country leaders on negotiating with rebel factions in countries ranging from Afghanistan, Zimbabwe and the Sudan.

Adam earned his M.A. in Organizational Psychology and Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Columbia University and a B.S. in Business Management from Tulane University. He is a Professionally Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. His pro-bono work involves mediating disputes between gang leaders and local community members in the Bronx.

In 2015, Adam received the Columbia Medal for Distinguished Service, the highest honor bestowed upon alumni by the university.

Adam’s other interests include music composition and performance. In his early 20's, he toured Europe performing in clubs, concerts, and music festivals, including the International Music Festival in Basel, Switzerland and a concert in Pesaro, Italy. He currently resides with his wife in New York City.
