David D. Gustovich

David D. Gustovich is the Managing Director of Operations for BGA. Prior to joining BGA, Mr. Gustovich served as an executive management consultant for twenty-two years at the Executive Partner level. He was responsible for developing the Consumer Goods and Technology practices into by far their largest service segments. His particular area of practice encompassed creating value across the entire enterprise from post merger integration, to manufacturing effectiveness and supply chain optimization. Mr. Gustovich has extensive experience in developing and leading enterprise transformations initiatives at the C-level suite. He has been a visionary in developing business intelligence technology to drive sustainable gains through enterprise transformation, and improvements in cost of goods sold and supply chain management - all necessary capabilities to making permanent the value creation gains in a company.

Mr. Gustovich’s experience extends to over 250 engagements and has helped create over $2.5 B in sustainable value with many well know private and public companies such as: Aurora Foods, Cargill, Carolina Turkeys, ClimateMaster, Copeland Corp., ConAgra Foods, Emerson Electric, General Dynamics, Heinz, Just Born, Kraft Foods, LSB Industries, Maple Leaf Foods, Maple Lodge Farms, OSI Industries, Swift & Co., Tyson Foods and York International to name a few.

In addition, David is the founder of IQity Solutions, LLC a premier business process and performance management professional service firm enabled with next generation technology solutions. He is a published author of various articles relating to generating business value through the application of structured enterprise intelligence solutions backed by business process and performance management (BPM) disciplines promoting rapid continuous improvement. Mr. Gustovich is a graduate of Cal State with degrees in Business Management and Finance.
