Barney Colvey

 Barney
Colvey is Senior Managing Director of the Business Growth Alliance
LLC. He has over 30 years of marketing and sales experience including
with well known packaged goods brands; founding, building and selling
a leading Canadian Direct Marketing Agency; and for 18 years with
Canada’s leading financial services company as an executive
with and member of the management team for Royal Bank of Canada
(RBC) Global Private Banking. With 28 offices in 21 countries, Mr.
Colvey had the responsibility for marketing and sales development
of this international wealth management arm of RBC. As part of his
mandate, he played a key role in a significant merger, held posts
overseas, built a successful sales and referral culture, and initiated
and structured innovative alliances in financial services worldwide.
Mr. Colvey holds a BSc in Mathematics
from Carleton University and an MBA from Dalhousie University. He
is a member of the Badminton & Racquet Club and Royal Canadian
Military Institute, Toronto Canada; Royal Automobile Club, London
England; and the Stonedale Guns, Sewickley, Pennsylvania.
