of Cost Containment Strategies LLC, a Central New York based Company,
holds a BS (Industrial Technology) from Colorado State University
and an MBA (Finance and Operations Management) from Syracuse University.
His 20 years in manufacturing has enabled him to develop a wide
range of business experience in the areas of Manufacturing Engineering,
Supply Chain Management, Financial Planning & Cost Analysis,
and General Management at leading firms in the Aircraft Engine,
Machine Tool, Commercial Refrigeration, and Tier 1 Automotive industries.
Mr. Ciesla remains active in professional organizations such as
the Society of Manufacturing Engineers ( SME ), the American Production
and Inventory Control Society ( APICS ), and the Institute for Supply
Management ( ISM ).
